Default Light flywheel easier on clutch?

I don't do crazy launches for fear of my rear end breaking so the worst thrashing my clutch takes is when I dump it on downshifts. I've got a 13 lb flywheel coming so that should be easier on the clutch disc right? Does this mean I can get a slightly milder clutch?

IN OTHER WORDS

Should we be matching milder clutches to lightweight flywheels?

OR

Do people complain about lightweight flywheels being harder to drive because they aren't selecting proper clutches to go with them?

They are harder on the clutches because you have to slip them more to get a car moving.
