I have been trying to find more info on viper t-56's and building the t-56. I will be buying a ls2 for a fd swap and would like to run a t-56. In the future the top of my power goals will be never more than 800whp most likely around 650whp, but just in case I go overboard I would like the tranny to be able to handle 800whp. I have seen some viper t-56's for around $1,800 and normal gm t-56's fpr $1,000. What is the best route for me to go buy a built t-56 from a builder. Buy a used t-56 and build it and should I use a viper or gm version. Thanks for the help.
