Default Stuck clutch pedal.

I have a McLeod adjustable master cylinder, Spec stage 2+, SLP billet flywheel, and new slave cylinder with 2,300 miles on it. My clutch pedal now sticks ablout in inch off the floor when I pull off in first gear. I then have to pull it all the way up with my foot and it will work like normal as I go through the gears. If I don't pull it up it will only come up about an inch as I go through the gears. I'm thinking the McLeod is the problem.

sounds like you need to do the drill mod...

I think you just need to rebleed your hydraulics but you might try directly asking someone more knowledgeable. That's usually how a clutch behaves after install, telling you to bleed bleed and bleed some more until you think somethings wrong and then you bleed even more, give up, go back and bleed more and then it works ok.

The drill mod just makes the clutch engage faster.

P.S. Bleeding all the air out of the line can be a pain.

I guess I will give that a shot before I start replacing stuff. I wonder why I would suddenly have air after it has worked fine for 2300 miles. I've heard some bad stuff about the McLeod not lasting long on some posts.

Fluid level is fine, that is one of the things I checked first.

I have had this same exact problem. Try this. Raise the rear of the car only, as high as you can so you can get under the slave to bleed and get the rear of the slave higher then the front of the slave. This will get the trapped air in the slave to go to the rear when you bleed normally like you did the first time. I have never had anymore problems and the pedal is as hard as a rock too.

Let me know how you make out.
