Default 1LE mount?

My 98 Z28 needs a trans mount. Would the 1LE be a good upgrade or should I go with something else?

Go with a poly tranny mount.

What are the advantages of a poly? Don't want a noisey or squeaky mount.

Poly mount is stiffer and more durable. You'll feel a bit more road vibration and driveline vibration or noise. I swapped my motor mounts and trans mount for poly mounts, noticed less transmission and motor shift under acceleration and when reving. If you're really picky about road and driveline noise/vibration they might not be for you, but I'm happy with them.
