Default Done with clutch install one problem shifting into second

The car shifts into second smooth sometimes but other times it will not enter second at all you have to do all sorts of weird **** like go into neutral and wiggly it and it still hard. We changed the slave and the clutch to LS6. No other problems are apparent. When we did bleed it it doesnt seem like too much air came out. Could this be the cause?

It was the LS6 clutch and new flywheel. We did bleed it but didnt have much luck getting air out. So that is a big possibility. We where using a mityvac.
