t56? need help I need to know if a t56 from a 06 gto will bolt up to a 2000 camaro ls1
the motor and trans is going into an old muscle car so not much matters
beyond the motor and trans working together. any help is appreciated
as I am trying to buy a trans and need to make a decision soon thanks

MAybe. You are going from LS2 to LS1. There might be a bellhousing difference in there too. I would check with the www.t56rebuilds.com people.
