Default Spec 3+, Spec 4 or Ram HD?

I had good luck with my 1st Spec 3 which lasted 17000 miles of hard driving and good luck with my Spec 4 which was fine until my slave leaked oil on it. I see the Sec 3+ has a higher rating of torque and I'm wondering about the Ram HD which is not expensive. Are there any horror stories about the Ram welding to the flywheel like they used to. I'm looking for a good clutch ion a limited budget.

I've got the Spec 3+ and I love it. I got everything including the billet steel flywheel for $850 to my door.
