Are you using a single or a twin setup? The search I did shows that those who are at this power level are using the twin disk setups. Has anyone used the ls2/ls7 combo and actually raced it on a regular basis? Track time means for me a minimum of twice a month at the track on mickeys or slicks. This will be going into a Fbody with full weight.

That is what is in it now but I keep chewing up fly wheels. Right now I can get it to move but I can be doing 65 on the highway, put it to the floor and the motor bounces off the rev limiter and I do not move any faster.

It worked for about 1500 miles and then things started going south. Once it comes apart I will be able to tell what has failed.

its not shimmed right. these clutches needs to be shimmed , you can only get so much out of you master cyl.. the slave must be shimmed to help get the engagement spot right.. good luck..

Now this slave shim that you guys speak off does it come with a new clutch? My flywheel was ground so I'll be getting a .050 flywheel shim. There was a small steel ring that fell out when I took my slave out I guess this must be it? It was quite rusty. I'm hoping my new clutch will come with it. If not where do you get this?
