Default stupid story and questions

yeah so i kind of have a newb story/question for everyone, and i actually kind of feel stupid telling everyone this. anyway i just installed LCA's on my '99z28 and i went out for a ride with my friend to test them out we go out a little and i horse it around. we finally get to a deserted industrial road and i decide to dump the clutch at 5000 and do a good burn out (i've done this before) but my shoe got tangled in the pedals a little and the tires didn;t move but the clutch did...a lot. like a solid 2 seconds at 5 grand fully engauged. well i imediately realized what i did and depressed the clutch but it felt like all my pedal feel went away (did i boil the fluid?), oh yeah and there was a fair amount of smoke (i;m an idiot). so i drove the car around for a little bit to let the flywheel cool down. did i just completely **** my clutch? it feels ok but i can;t really tell, i think my mind might be playing tricks on me.

**** happens. I missed 3rd the other night . Fortunatley, no damage.

I'm sure your clutch surfaces have a nice glaze on them but they may still be OK, or they may get better over time. Take the car for a ride and see how it works.
