what size throwout bearing 99TA LS1

Im throwing an ls7 clutch/ls2 flywheel setup in my car and was looking for the throwout bearing. It seems there are two different sizes. Which one would I need? The sizes are 36.11mm and 47.5mm. I dont plan on taking my tranny off just to measure the inside spacing of the bearing

According to the GM Service Parts Look-up, a 99 Trans Am LS1 uses the 36.11mm bearing. Part Number 15705563 (AC Delco#CT1077)
