Griding problems..

Griding problems.. My 2nd gear just started grinding tonite. I was driving, and when i went to shift from 3rd into 2nd to slow down... it wouldnt let me in, and it grinded... and at higher rpm shifts it either grinds, or gives me a lot of trouble getting in gear.. my third grinds every once in awhile when i am shifting at the track also.. do you think a new master cylinder, and the drill mod will fix this?? or do you think i have a larger problem.. the tranny is semi-new... the only factors that i can think of that are contributing to this are.. i grinded 2nd really bad at the track like 2 or 3 times?? would that really ruin my tranny that quicK?
