if it has a newer clutch check the PP bolts

yea, 19k miles. Powerbled and flushed the fluid out. I really don't want to pull the tranny, might try a master with the drill mod next.

I'd try a new, updated master. I hate throwing money at a problem, but I think it might be your best bet here.

I was actually thinking the same thing, get an updated master and do the drill mod. Normal driving it is find, hard driving/powershifting no prob.
