Best Price on Slave Cylinder?

Best Price on Slave Cylinder? Does anyone know if there are aftermarket brands of the gm factory slave cylinders? I have checked and with shipping, a GM 15046288 updated slave is around $140.00. I was hoping maybe someone has found another source for updated slaves less than dealer pricing?

I know this might be a silly question, should I also replace the bearing at the same time. I see a slave for $90.00 at autozone, but without the bearing and $130.00 with the bearing. My car has 40K original miles, with a spec 3 setup and the original bearing.
