clutch alignment tool is stuck

its stuck in the pilot bearig...
oh and BTW, i never had a pilot bearing in the car from factory

That happened to me on my install, unbolt pressure plate yank that thing out and try again only this time, just insert it enough to get the the tool in the pilot bearing but not completely inserted. While tightening it up in passes, take it out, and rotate the tool each time you torque down a bolt.

that is weird after losening it up you still couldn't get it out because it should all wobble when you move the tool around. how hard are you pulling on it when you are trying to pull it out?

ya....it has room to wobble with the pressure plate on too....it just doesnt want to come out regardless
i'll try taking off the PP again when i work on it next thursday...
oh, and i'm wobbling/pulling with all strength i have...that ****'s stuck!
i'll check back after i keep trying on thursday. thanks for the input
