Default Clutch Fork?

On my last pass of the weekend I powershifted 4th and it got stuck in 4th. I first tried to gently pull it out to no avail, to which I answered by beating the living hell out of the thing till it got out of 4th gear. It went to neutral first but would not budge from there, so I kept beating on it until it freed up. Now the shift pressure is normal but it grinds 3rd and 4th normally driving around and won't shift under a load. Is this indicative of broke or bent 3-4 shift fork?
This thing have NEVER shifted right. I think this rebuild (second) I'll put a stock master cylinder back in it. I've already tried to rebuild the McLeod unit.

Sounds like either a broke slider keys, shift fork pads, fork issue or a combo of those.
