A broken tranny mount will affect many things. Typical symptoms are a lot of shifter play (2 inches in some cases the shifter will move to the right when at wot or revved), you can also hear a clunking noise when you hit bumps. If it feels like your car is taking bumps pretty roughly that can also be a sign. If the mount is broken your tranny is basically just dangling. Its not really as dangerous as it sounds but its such a cheap fix you should definetly do it asap. I would go with Energy Suspension's Poly mount its like 30 bucks shipped and I got mine at ws6store.com or there are lots of other great sponsors. Let me know if you have any other questions.
