Changed my tranny fluid...

Changed my tranny fluid... After making a huge mess on my garage floor when the damn drain plug fell into the pan with the extension on it.
then went to fill it and the damn ratchet slipped off of the fill plug and into the pan full of fluid. Kind of a messy start none the less.
Found out my tranny was almost 1/2 to 3/4 of a quart low from when the dealer replaced it. Put in some Valvoline Dex III in it, so far seems to shifting a little smoother. Not sure if it because of the fluid or the fact the tranny is filled to spec.
