Default Textralia clutch install questions

OK, so I ordered my Textralia OZ700 and am awaiting delivery, but before it gets here I wanted to ask a couple of questions to ensure that I get the install correct. I don't want to have to drop the trans a second time if I can help it. My first question is in regards to shims and an aqua colored disc that I found behind my slave cylinder. I know that the Textralia is not suppose to be shimmed though there are others on this forum which say this is required. My main question is, is the Aqua disc a stock item? I can not remember if this is part of the stock setup or was installed with the spec stage 3 (my previous clutch) and should therefore be removed. The other question that I have is can I reuse the flywheel bolts? My manual says to torque them to 74 ft lbs. which I don't believe is to yield. Any issue with this, noting that this will be the second time they are reused? Any other relevant tips for the install would be appreciated. Thanks for the help and happy motoring.

Edit: Below is a picture of the "aqua disc" that I am referring to.

Erik,
Thanks for the help. I have added a picture of the disc that I am referring to. Hopefully somebody will be able to identify this and let me know if it should be reinstalled with the Textralia.

Can say this for the bolts, I would invest in a new set of ARP flywheel and pressure plate bolts. Going to spend that much on a new clutch whats a bit more for the better bolts, that will hold up.

SVC707,

Thanks for the info. I thought that the shim was installed with the Spec Stage 3 but was not sure. I am thinking that we should ditch the shim based on what I know of the Textralia, but I have to wait and see the instructions when my clutch comes. So far it has been a week since I ordered my clutch from Byunspeed and it has not shipped and they haven't given me an estimated ship date. I need my daily driver! I assume that there is no shim in stock form. Can you, or somebody with a Helms manual confirm that there should be nothing between the slave cylinder and the front of the transmission in stock form?

Thanks guys! Who has these clutches in stock? I searched many of the sponsors here and found that most don't even carry the clutch. I am getting ready to cancel my order due to lack of responsiveness and the delays that I have been through.

You absolutely positively don't need a shim for use with a Textralia clutch.

If you ask Textralia directly, they will tell you straight up not to use a shim. I assume you bought your slave from the vendor you bought the clutch from.
