Spec 3 slipping?

Spec 3 slipping? I just noticed today it felt like it was slipping.. I put it in 5th after that and nailed it around 35mph and the tach jumped up.. Is this clutch shot or could it be a different problem? Car is making around 380rwhp n/a , stock 3.42 and as far as I know the car doesnt seem like its had a real tough life/beat to death (just bought car few months ago). If clutch is shot is there a good "cheap" clutch out there for daily use/racing.
