Default slave cylinder mod

Is there any step by step instructions on how to port the stock slave cylinder on a 2000 SS. I have heard of this done. I have the spec stage three and i doesnt seem to be disengaging at a high RPM, is this common? Are there any other suggestions for this problem?
thanks Corey

Are you thinking of the "drill mod", if so that sounds exactly like what you are experiencing. The line from the master to the slave has flow valve that is restrictive during fast shifts. It feels like the pedal wont come back up in time for the next shift.

Well what is happening more or less is it just wont go into the gear im trying to hit until it drops down at a lower rpm. the pedal feels fine to me anyways. every gear just grines when trying to hit it fast not nessecarily power shifting either. Have you done this to your car? would you mind elaborating on how to do it if so.

As for the drill mod, check ... www.installuniversity.com for a full walk thru, or my link, I used their advice for the mod. THey instructed to use an 1/8" drill bit but I felt it was a touch too big, so I ended up using a 7/64" bit.
