Default shifting.....good at high rpm, bad at low

I just replaced hydraulics with a RAm Ajustable master, new slave, Ls7 Clutch kit(LS2 Flywheel, LS7PP and Clutch),performed drill mod, and changed my trans fluid to Mobil 1.

It shifts good under full throtle, but at lower rpms it shifts hard and tries to grind and feels really notchy. I don't know if it's the Mobil 1 causing this or whats going on. The car only has 59,000 on it and I just bought about 3 months ago. The only solutions I can thing of are changing back to DexIII, bleed the clutch again, or maybe the syncros in the trans are shot. I don't think the previous owner beet the car, but that may be the case?

Any sugestions I can try? Thanks

The T-56 is a notchy transmission compared to some others I have driven, but it shouldnt be doing as you describe.
