Default Sludge in master cylinder resevior?

I change my clutch and slave around 2000 miles ago and I used to have this problem before, and i bled the system and added new Dot3 and im still getting this lil floating piece of sludge at the top of my resevior just floating. Whats causing this? How do I stop it? Will it cause my hydr.'s to lock up eventually?

Possibly some chunks of rubber from a part in your master that is desintegrating.
