Default Question about my friends 2000 GT

Hes building it.
He wanted me to ask how much his 5 spd T45 tranny can hold without having to swap it out.

Comments?

My buddy's 97 GT makes 460whp and the T45 broke on the first track pass on slicks.

Better upgrade it while he can... tell him to register on http://www.modmotortech.com/ for Mustang tech.

They are rated at 325lb-ft but con stand maybe 350. More torque than that and on slicks is a death wish. BTW transmissions only see torque HP means nothing.
