Default T56 r and r

Is it easier to take the bell housing and all when removing or is ti easier to leave the bell housing on and take the tranny? Then remove the bell housing? By the way this is on a 01 f body.

i always unbolt the trans from teh bellhousing..then the bellhousing from the engine.

I also like to take the trans from the bellhousing. It is easier if you are going to do it on the ground.

MUCH easier to do it on your back w/ the car jacked up.

bench press your trans lately???
