output shaft seal

Whats the easiest way to reomove the output shaft seal? I tried a search but it dosent seem to be working right now.

Take a flat blade screw driver and removed the old one by prying on it. Take the new one and install it using a rubber mallet or what you can find. Make sure you do not tear the new one or bend it. It will cause a leak.
