Clutch prob?

Clutch prob? im pretty decent new to the 6-speed would so im not sure if my prob has anything to do with the clutch or not....
heres the prob, my car shifts really good and everythign and my clutch feels stiff but even now and again ill throw it into gear to pull out and it will act like it just doesn't have any power to pull out and the motor sounds bogged down or something like im tryin to pull out in 3rd gear or soemthing...what does a bad clutch do/sound like/feel like?
BTW, im putting down 450+ to the wheels and i have a Z06 clutch with about 3K miles on it
Does it maybe sound like a motor prob to you guys?my car was built(head/cam) 4K miles ago and the guy who built it said the bottom end looked GREAT!!! so im not sure if its be the motor or not
