Default Clutch, Master, Slave? Need Help? Pics Added.

Well about two days ago i got a SES light, i had the car scanned and the code came up as 0704, so i had it reset and the SES light hasnt come on again but.....now i am having problems putting the car into gear. It is really hard to put in gear and it doesnt want to go into reverse at all. So i did some research and looked up the code and i also took a look at the clutch pedal. And i noticed that my master cyclinder was bent a little and when i push the clutch in the whole piece that the master is bolted to moves. Its like it gives a little, which i am pretty sure is due to the fact that this used to be a auto car and was converted to stick. Does anyone have any input or maybe has gone through the same thing. Everything was working fine up until a few days ago. Should i just replace the master cyclinder? Oh and i also noticed that the clutch pedal was not coming all the way up like it used to. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Go to the underhood fuse block and check the fuse labeled ENG SENS, that fuse if blown will leave the reverse lockout solenoid on and will make it very hard to get in reverse.

As for the loose master, just tighen the bolt up a bit.

Check the fluid and see what color it is, if it is dark it may be boiled and air may be in the system which would require a flush and bleed.

Well i am not sure if its a crack or its a cut they made when they installed the master...being that it used to be a auto. But thanks for your help man. Any help is better then none.

Welding it would be the best thing to do.

Well i finally got around to pulling the master out today. Here are some pics of the final damage. Let me know what you guys think i should do. I am going to try and take it somewhere and have it welded and then maybe weld another piece of sheet metal over it for extra support. Suggestions are welcome.
