Default Stupid f'ing Clutch Master Cylinder!!!

Ok so I've just about had it. I replaced my clutch, flywheel, slave, and all that good stuff. Now Ive been working on replacing the clutch master, removed the old one and cant seem to get the new one in. I can get one of the U-bolt ends through the firewall but cant seem to get the other one lined up.

Has anyone else had a similar problem??? Is there any kind of trick I can do to help... my knuckles and forearms are pretty beat right now so im taking a break...

You just have to fight with it and try prying it around. It will eventually go in. If you remove the brake booster it will be easy too.

Its really not that bad, once you get the ubolt in the right spot it will slide in pretty good. Its just a trial and error thing getting the bolt back in.

It ain't that hard homie just put the u-bolt into the holes evenly. You gotta squeeze it with your hand to get the bolts parralel and then after you get a thread or two through put a nut or two on it then you can shove it through wit a little force.

ive done it mumerous times and the u bolt is always a pain in the ***. try to put both side in equally. so i doesnt get jammed sideways. or just find 2 bolts and nuts and use those instead. also helps if you have small arms like me haha

changing mine out wasnt that bad. it helped to hook the master to the clutch pedal to get the bolts in and i didnt remove the brake booster but my right arm went in behind it just fine and its not hard to get the left hand to it. congrats on the accomplishment, ive had my new setup in my car for a week now with a ram powergrip hd and still havent even cranked the car up.
