So a few nights ago I went to the track and my clutch seemed fine. I started smelling clutch the day after during regular driving, and now it seems between 1000-3000 RPM at different points, the car will hesitate really badly. What could be my problem? I have an M6.

By hesitate do you mean the RPMs jump when you hit the gas with your foot off the clutch? That means the clutch is slipping. Probably smoked it and it's time to start shopping.
