Default What do you guys think of this LS6 clutch and PP?

This is the clutch and PP that we pulled out of the donor car for my 6-spd swap. The clutch looks to be in really good shape and the PP is in great shape too. The flywheel looked perfect, but I had it cleaned up at the machine shop anyway.

I broke out the calipers and the thickness was .354.

I'd rather not replace the clutch if I can at all help it. I drive the car maybe once a week during the summer, drive it to shows, never race it(only had it down the strip twice in the 2 years I've owned it), and a lot of the driving is highway driving.

What do you guys think? If it can last me a year until I do the heads/cam it would be ideal.

i would say it would be alright if you dont drive the car alot and most of the driving is on the highway..i mean it cant hurt to try things once right....whats the worst that could happen ....you would have to buy a new clutch haha ....on a different not /hijack/ i got a few questions about powder coating im going to send you a quick pm about it thanks

Still has quite a bit of life left on it. The pressure plate looks alright, not in GREAT shape but not bad. Slap that thing in there and call it a day.
