Default need help ASAP

when i push in my clutch and go to put it in gear its a lil hard to get into gear, and the car makes a screaching noise (not too loud but loud enough to hear with the car running. if i pull it back out of gear with the clutch in it gratually stops. if i take it out of gear and let the clutch out, it instantly stops. please tell me whats wrong. im trippin out over it, and hoping its not to expensive of a fix. it started when i left a gas station. i rolled into it a little bit in 1st, then it was a little hard to get into gears. not too hard, but definately had to give it a little pressure.

How does the pedal feel? It sounds like a hydraulic issue to me. LT1 right?

You might want to pull the slave & get a look inside the bell housing. LT1's are a pull style clutch set up. you can get a lookin there with the slave & it's adaptor housing off.
The fork goes directly to the pressure plate & pulls the pressure plate from the disc. So it's backwards from other cluches.
it doesn't really have a throw out bearing. You may have a pilot bearing issue though.
