Question Bent clutch slave retainer for MC hose?? (Pictures)

I have a '02 bird with a T56 transmission, and I think I need a new retainer piece that holds the clutch master cylinder hose to the slave coupler. Before I post a wanted ad or bought a new slave cylinder unit just for the piece (they don't sell them separately) I wanted to post and see where my retainer is bent incorrectly, as the clutch hose is popping out. If I could fix it, that would be great.

All the longer prongs are straight up, while the shorter ones are straight, but bent towards the center at a little angle. I think I need to bend little "claws" at the ends of the shorter prongs, as I'm not sure how it's supposed to hold the hose in?
