The spec 3 is a puck style clutch.. it HATES daily driving and most of the spec 3 complaints are from people with daily drivers. You CANNOT slip or ride this clutch or it WILL go out on you very quickly. That said, I have a spec 3 in mine.. but I am very conscious about not slipping it. The tires bark at every stop light and stop sign, because you HAVE to let the clutch out that fast.. you CANNOT roll into first riding this clutch. It will hold up very well at the track.

ROFLMAO.....i had a stage 3 in my old setup that was DD'd and slipped it all the time no issues.but from here on out i go under the assumption the person isnt a great driver and makes it easy for them with less complaints.YES u can use a stage 3 for a DD car without barking the tires,i never had that issues.but it was more effort and a 3+ should be easier.

I have a spec 3 in my daily driver and have had it in there for about 25K miles. It's pretty easy to drive. I can take off just fine without too much chatter or barking the tires. It did take some getting used to though. They didn't have the 3+ when I bought mine but if I had it to do over again now I would go 3+.

You can daily drive a spec 3 clutch, but will you be able to put up with it? It all depends on your tolerance level. I don't find it that bad...
