Default adjustable master. Need some help

Alright I need some help here. I recently had a Ram adjustable master cylinder put on my car about 200 miles ago. Today in normal driving shifting into first from a stop I heard a pop and the clutch pedal went to the floor. After further inspection and alot of angry commuters I realized the master popped off of my clutch pedal./ What hold that damn thing on? I was in a bind so I super glued it on, will that mess anything up? Any help would be appreciated. I just wanna fix this so that I am not using glue to hold it on.

There should be a clip on the end to keep the master's eyelet from coming off the pedal.

yep, its a small clip. its kinda square-ish and has a hole on one side that slides on the pedal. mine popped off when putting on the new master, and somehow it ended up under the carpet, so if you cant find it, try looking there too.
