Default t56 wont bolt up to LQ9

Well i think that i narrowed it down to the rear sea/bearing on the engine where the trans shaft goes into. And at first it seemed i needed a different bellhousing, but My question is are their different bearings between autos and manuals.

The crankshaft has to have a pilot bearing in it to support the input shaft. Is that what you mean?

If your 6.0l is 01 or older you'll have to use the crank out of a 5.7 or newer 6.0l.
The flange is thicker on the older 6.0's
