I'm getting ready to install a Hurst billet plus. I did a search on here and everyone has their own opinion about the shifter stops.
I am one to yank the shifter out of the floor during a race, do I need to use the stops and adjust them as the directions say, or does the trans have internal stops as some say?
It's a 2000 T56.

If you a drag racer, put in the stops, if not you probably don't need them.
Will help save wear and tear on forks.
