Default ARP Flywheel bolt question - torque, oil, and loctite

I have the new ARP flywheel bolts. I know they get torqued to 60-65ftlbs. McLeod says to use red loctite. The paper with the ARP bolts says to use their moly lube on the threads and under the head. Which do I do?

I have always just used red loctite. i bet you could just put some under the head if you wanted to, while torquing it down, to act as a lube and wipe away any excess.
