aluminum flywheel worth keeping?
Hello,
I have a spec aluminum flywheel that got scratched up pretty good. It looks like the actual contact area is just attached to the outer ring with screws. Do they just sell the inner ring? Is it worth keeping or selling?
Just trying to decide if I need to just throw it away. I bought a new one when I bought my new clutch earlier this year because no one around here would re-surface it.
Let me know what you think.

They sell new inserts for the flywheel . Personally , I do not use the aluminum flywheels and prefer the billet steel version . They are too light and do not store enough energy for my likings but I'm sure there is a place for them some where .

Thanks for the info. I figured they would have too if they were going to make it a two piece item that was not riveted.
I'll take some pics and put it up for sale cheap then, better someone get it then throw it away. I have no need for it.
