Default Installing throw out bearing question

Pretty straight forward question here, when i'm putting the new throwout bearing back onto the slave do you just basically kindof twist and push it on till it snaps in place in a position where the front stops right before the splines on the input shaft?

I can phyiscally push the T/O bearing backwards toward the slave, and have it pop back foward again. I'm used to having a cluch fork, so this is a little bit different for me.

thanks.

Does anyone know??

It seems like everyone just replaces the slave/throwout together, but hasn't anyone just replaced the T/O bearing by itself before?

You got it, push, twist, pop, it's on.

Yep, the winding spring piece will hold it in place after it's snapped in.
