Twin disc clutch on STOCK engine LS1
Hi everyone, my friend has McLeod street twin disk clutch used approx 1000 miles. he give it the clutch to me and i'm thinking about to face me any problems or maybe that clutch is heavy on stock motor, correct me if i'm wrong and what do you think guys?
My car is only 360 rwhp.

I say overkill! Im going with a textralia oz700 and that is rated for somewhere around 850 ft/lbs of torque which is WAY more than im making. I believe those twin disks are rated for something above 1000 fl/lbs of torque which I would imagine being an on/off switch. So if your wanting a streetable clutch i would go with an LS7 or a textralia or a spec 3 or 3+. Just my .02 tho..

My car makes the same power and I have the Textralia Exo-Skel. No matter what anyone says it is VERY streetable. No ON/OFF switch here.
It is overclutching it, but, look at it as doing it right the first time in case you want to go faster.

I run a Mcleod twin disk on my car and it is slow. I bought it when I had my heads, cam and bottle but things changed so I put it on my car with boltons and full exhaust. It is way more clutch than my car needs but I am using it and it works just fine.
