what flywheels will work with the LS7 clutch?

Default what flywheels will work with the LS7 clutch?

hey guys i need a new clutch bad and im wondering if i can reuse my flywheel i have now? its a pretty beefy aftermarket one that a buddy gave to me for free. not sure what kind it is tho. do i HAVE to buy the LS2 flywheel for this to work? are there any other flywheels that i can use? thanks!

I know that if you buy the ls7 kit from SDPC it comes with the flywheel for good price. I think there are only two GM made flywheels that will work with the ls7 clutch, they are the LS7 and the LS2 flywheels. I you realy want the ls7 clutch I would figure out what flywheel you have, sell it, and put the money towards the ls7 kit. Then you know everthing will work together.

Yes you have to use the ls2 flywheel. It will not work with an ls1 flywheel aftermarket or not.
