where to buy LT1 pressure plate bolts???

Default where to buy LT1 pressure plate bolts???

i have searched everywhere for LT1 T56 plessure plate bolts! nobody makes them or can get them. they are 1 9/16" long with a 1 1/8" shank on them. NOBODY sales these things! i would prefer and aftermarket bold like ARP or Mr Gasket or something like that. does anybody have part numbers? do they make these? i dont want to pay $5 a bolt at GM

Sorry to bust your bubble but GM is the only place to get them. They are a very specific bolt. If you put a completely threaded bolt in there the pressure plate knocking on the threads will flatten them out then there will be even more of a gap for the pressure plate to bang around in. Then eventually it will sheer the bolts off then you will be in a world of hell. $30 isnt that bad. ARP would be about the same. My 6 flywheel bolts were $27. Just save your self some headach and spend the $30 on the GM bolts.
