Default What flywheel???LT1

Alright I am doing a A4 swap to T56 in my 93 camaro Lt1 but wanted to know what the difference is between all these damn parts that are avaliable. I have decide that I am going to try the Spec 3 clutch. i am definelty going to get the Mcleod slave cylinder and Pro 5.0 shifter. I am not sure on the flywheel? my car with the
A4 put down 433 HP with 377 torque. Should i stay with my stock clutch or go with a billet steel? does it matter which company i choose? how is it balanced? I can get a Mcleod for about $200 but dont want to waste the cash if i should get a spec. Thanks for the help.
