Insulation for Hyd Clutch Line
Was thinking about using header wrap on the SS Clutch line for heat insulation purposes. Does anyone know of anything better than header wrap for this purpose?

I used an insulated corrugated tubing on the heater hoses & AC lines next to the headers in my Impala SS. It has a fiberglass/aluminum outer shielding, along with a slit down the side so it can be installed or taken off without detaching your lines. I think DEI or Thermo-Tec make it. I bought mine from Summit a few years ago.

I purchased some DEI header wrap, but I don't know how well it will work. Plan to wrap and then put a rubber hose over it to hold the wrap with some zip ties over the hose.
I think the header wrap insulates better than the DEI heat tape.
