Default Grinding noises (not shifting)

My clutch is making grinding noises while the car is in neutral with the clutch pushed in and will make the same noise if you go into any gear. It seems to only happen when I'm at a stop or very low speed. The noise goes away when you release the clutch pedal and it also goes away once I start moving. The car shifts just fine, and does not do this all the time, just randomly.

Textralia clutch (ARP hardware for pressure plate + flywheel), slave cylinder, throwout bearing, bronze bushing, all have around 2,800 miles on them.

Thanks for any help.

What could cause the throwout bearing to have problems in only a short period of time?
