Default Clutch Issues???

I have done a search and did not find the exact answers that I need. I am now on my way to replacing 2 RAM Powergrip HD clutches. Symptons: grinds if I have the clutch depressed for to long(in neutral), in 6th gear when I give it some gas it will free rev, loses consistency, & has a harder time going into gears no grinding just won't let me power shift. I have a BRAND NEW transmission, clutch, slave & master cylinder, & flywheel. My is not very modified probably runs worst that stock as of now unfortunately.
My question is am I picking way to grippy of a clutch, because as I do drive the car hard I really don't beat the thing down to the ground. What am I doing wrong that the pressure plates are losing their "pressure" or do I need a new disk? I also don't know why it is grinding, but I am pretty sure that its the slave cylinder bearing.

Please any thoughts I can't keep taking this apart every 8-12 months.
