Default Any differences?

I know this might be a stupid question but is there any differences between a LT1 T-56 or an LS1 T-56?

The input shaft, front plate and bellhousing are different. Not really worth the effort converting one unless you've got the parts available cheap and are tearing into it anyway.

You can remove the front plate & input shaft with the nose of the trans. sticking up. But that's not the right way to do it because that's no guarantee that bearing end-play is correct at that point.
