Default LQ motors and 6 Speeds??? help

I've acquired a 2004 LQ4 motor a few yrs ago, still in the crate, for dirt cheap, and would like to mount a T56 to it. Is there any differences in mounting this engine vs. an LS?

To my knowledge, you should have no problems. I am trying to hunt down an LQ9, and I haven't heard of any issues mounting it to the T56. I think it's a direct swap...

Since yours is an '04, it will bolt right up. The early 6.0 motors (99-00) will not work with a t56 or 4l60e b/c the crankshaft flange was thicker.
