Your CAPS ARE ON!

Your worried about power loss...but you want to go with th350?

Build the 4l60 or go with a 4l80...

I agree why the turbo 350? You will end up losing more through that than you would your current transmission. You could convert your car over to a manual like im doing this month.

I'd build the 4L60E right or do a T56 swap. Depends on how you want to drive the car.
A complete used T56 swap if you do the work yourself will cost almost as much as a built 4L60E from a sponsor, not including the converter. And not including getting the third gear fork and synchros for the T56 upgraded. Not including a clutch either.
If you have the stock 4L60E rear gear and go with a six speed you'll need to change the rear gears.
I'd build up the A4 and stick with it, but yet I've already done that and did a T56 and gear swap shortly after. I have a feeling the A4 will end up in the car again.

Best advice, think it over. Make notes of pricing, decide what you want to spend and which trans will benefit the way you plan to use the car.
