can i build up the T56?
to start, there is nothing wrong with my tranny, other than maybe some hydrolic issues... but im thinking in the future. i want to launch my car hard, with a set of stickies. first off i know i need the rear to handle it.... i am looking.. but how will the stock T56 hold up? any issues i should be looking into with them? whats the average for a good rebuild? any other advice is greatly appreciated..

I would definantly do bronze fork pads, billet 3-4 keys, steel 3-4 fork and carbon blockers. If you have no other issues you can get that beast to hold at least 700rwhp. If you are looking at pricing an average is going to be about $950 not including if anything might happen to it or shipping. Hope this helps.
